POWER TEAM CREATOR PLATFORM

These Terms govern use of Power Team Creator Platform at powerteambykost.com, operated by PaM & Co (Paweł Kostrzewa), Poland ("Power Team", "we", "us"). By using the creator platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service provides creator media intake and workflow tools, content preparation and preview, connected-account information, performance context, and supported social-platform integrations such as creator-initiated draft upload or direct publishing. Features depend on platform APIs, account eligibility and availability and may change.
You may use the service only if you can lawfully enter into these Terms and meet the age and account requirements of connected platforms. You may connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. If you act for an organization or another account owner, you represent that you have authority to do so.
Connections use the relevant platform authorization process. You decide whether to grant requested permissions and may revoke them through the connected platform where supported. You must not provide another person's credentials or attempt to access an account without authorization.
Connecting an account does not automatically publish content. Where TikTok Direct Post or draft upload is supported, the creator reviews the account, content and available platform choices and explicitly initiates the action. The service may enforce platform-provided privacy, interaction, commercial-content and music-use requirements. A platform may still reject, delay, limit or remove content under its own rules.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, process, transform as instructed, transmit and display that content only as necessary to provide the service. You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed for the media, music, trademarks, people depicted and other material you submit and for the publishing choices you make.
You must not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, abusive or unauthorized activity; to bypass platform security or access controls; to impersonate another person; to distribute malware; to scrape or overload systems contrary to applicable rules; or to violate TikTok's or another connected platform's terms, developer policies or community rules.
TikTok and other connected services are independent third parties. Your use of them is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Power Team is not TikTok and does not control TikTok availability, review decisions, API behavior, moderation or account actions. References to TikTok describe an integration and do not imply endorsement.
Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Additional information about Creator History Sync and data handling is available in Data Protection documentation. You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you submit about others may lawfully be processed for the requested purpose.
You are responsible for protecting your devices, email and connected accounts and for activity performed through your authorized session. Notify us promptly if you believe the service or your connection has been compromised. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse or protect users, platforms or systems.
The service is provided on an evolving basis. We may add, modify, restrict, suspend or discontinue features for security, maintenance, compliance, platform-policy, operational or product reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We do not guarantee reach, views, follower growth, publication acceptance, platform approval or any particular commercial or competition result.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by a connected platform's independent action, or loss resulting from unauthorized use outside our reasonable control. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
You may stop using the service and revoke connected-platform authorization at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, security risk, unlawful activity, platform-policy requirements or discontinuation of the service. Provisions that by nature should survive termination, including rights, liability and dispute provisions, remain effective.
These Terms are governed by Polish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply in their country of residence. The competent courts are determined by applicable law. Before formal proceedings, you may contact us so we can try to resolve the issue.
We may update these Terms when the service, connected-platform requirements or law changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be presented through the website or service where appropriate. Continued use after an update means acceptance where legally permitted.
