TikTok-sourced portability data is used only to provide user-authorized Creator History Sync, including the creator's own profile and post archive and related creator-performance context.
Creator History Sync requests only Posts & Profile data. It does not request Direct Messages, Activity data or the full TikTok archive.
Portability exports and credentials are stored server-side in access-restricted locations. Access is limited to service processes and authorized administrators needed to operate and secure the platform. TikTok-sourced portability data is separated from public website content.
When ongoing sync is enabled, refreshes occur no more than once every 24 hours unless the creator explicitly requests a refresh. Data is retained only while required to provide the feature or meet legal/security obligations.
Creators can use the Delete imported TikTok data control in Creator History Sync. The service deletes TikTok-sourced portability data associated with that Creator Hub session and returns an on-screen completion confirmation. Users may also contact powerteambykost@gmail.com for access or deletion requests.
Operational logs, least-privilege access and incident review are used to protect data. If a security incident affects personal information, we will take appropriate containment, investigation and notification steps required by applicable law and platform terms.
We do not sell TikTok-sourced personal data.
